应用文是每年高考考查频率最高的体裁之一，其中以书信、电子邮件最为常见。从内容 <br />上看，近几年高考书信写作主要包括致歉信、致谢信、笔友信、慰问信、投诉信、邀请信、 <br />介绍信、求职信、读者请求的解答信及其答复读者的信等。写作时应注意: 格式正确，语言 <br />简练地道，语气要因人、因事而异。 <br />英文书信常识 <br />1.信头 （heading） <br />2.称呼 （salutation) <br />3.正文（body） <br />4.结束语（complimentary close ） <br />5.签名（signature） <br />1.写信人的地址和日期，写在右上角。 <br /> 写地址由小到大，其顺序是： <br /> 第一行：门牌和路名，或邮政信箱，楼房名称 <br /> 第二行：市（县），省，国名 <br /> 第三行：日期（月,年,日或日,月,年） <br />2.收信人的姓名和地址 <br /> 这一部分低于写信人地址一至两行，写在左上角. <br />投诉信模板 <br />Dear_______, <br /> ① I am_______ (自我介绍). ② I feel bad to trouble you but I am afraid that I have to <br />make a complaint about _____________(投诉内容). <br /> ③ The reason for my dissatisfaction is ________( 总 体 介 绍 ). ④ In the first <br />place,_________________ (抱怨的第一个方面). ⑤ In addition, ______________________ <br />(抱怨的第二个方面). ⑥ Under these circumstances, the devastating effect could be multiplied if <br />this problem cannot be handled immediately.
